The purpose – medicinal literacy increase of the population and prevention of irrational use of medicines

Functions:

1) granting to the population of full objective and reliable information about medicines and the rights of citizens for free drugs within the guaranteed volume of free medical aid;

2) consultation of medical workers concerning interaction of preparations, rational prescription of medicines according to the international standards, on the basis of evidential medicine and the international databases on medicines.

In the work specialists of Call-service use sources of the evidential medicine, the approved Instructions on medical use of medicines, the international databases on medicines.

Daily on phones of Call-service more than 40 calls arrive.
